In case of white Ants Control, we will treat the points which are visibly attacked by White Ants, and we guarantee against reinfestation is spots treated by us Ladder if required will be supplied by. In case of Rat Control, contact we may establish some permanent bait stations and lay permanent traps.If at any time our services are discontinued it is understood that these stations and trap remains our property. For the proper control inlets through which rats enter building must be closed. It will be your responsibility to get dead rats removed if our operator is not duty at the chance.
No refund will be made for the non-acceptance of our services at any time during the period of contract.
The service is backed by our Guarantee that the premises will be remain free of ..during the period of this contract.
If during the interval between our two services any of above insects are noticed, we shall give additional services at no extra cost.
The service does not include the control of white Ants, Rats and flying insects, like flies and mosquitos.
We shall not be held responsible for any misplacement, lose or damage of any article while treating the premises under contract. To obviate such possibilities it will be the occupant's responsibility to allow the treatment in presence of a responsible person of his choice.
We shall try to keep to the schedule of service. However, we shall not be held responsible for any delay of postponement of the schedule due to circumstances beyond our control.
Our service section should be immediately informed if any change in the proposed date is desired otherwise if our servicemen is not allowed to carry out the service on the proposed date. It shall be taken as service rendered and will be charged for.

Electricity & water to be provided to carry out the treatment.
Details of electric & telephone cables, water line, conduits or any other service lines concealed in floor/wall should be informed so as to avoid any chances of damage during drilling operations. Burly's Pest controls Services shall not be held responsible in any inadvertent damage caused to the above due to non-availability of the details.
A representative from your end should be present during shifting or removing of your property, as our technicians have instructions not to handle owner's property.
During the course of our treatment there will be some noise of drilling and slightodour of the chemical. Infants, aged or any person having breathing problems or sensitive to chemicals should avoid being present in the premises during the treatment.
Human being and pets should avoid contact of treated surface until surface are dry.
